#1 Ordering Process
To place an order, please complete the order form available on this website. I will respond to you via email, providing you with a timeframe for the artwork and payment details.
Please note that PayPal is the only accepted payment option. I require full payment upfront for my services.
When your payment is received, it secures your slot (the date we discussed) for the custom illustration. If there are any delays with your order, you will be promptly notified. Should the delay exceed 5 days, you will automatically be eligible for a refund (refer to Section #4, Refund Policy, for more details).
After receiving the initial illustration, you will have the opportunity to request a few revisions before I proceed with the final files*. If you’ve ordered only a digital illustration, the process concludes once I send you the final files. However, if you’ve also ordered a physical product, such as a keychain, we will have a discussion to finalize the details, and I’ll provide you with the expected completion and shipping date to your address.
*The 30 USD standard package includes the following files: a high-resolution .jpg image, a .png image with a transparent background, an Instagram edit, and a phone wallpaper. Additionally, a vector file is available as an optional add-on for 5 USD.
#2 Shipping Fees
I offer worldwide shipping for a flat rate of 6 USD. If you order three or more keychain packages (illustration + keychain), the worldwide shipping is free. Additionally, becoming a Club member guarantees free shipping on all orders.
I ship from Croatia, Europe, using national postal services.
Once your package is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking code to monitor its progress.
When a package is delivered internationally, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional charges such as VAT, and/or customs duties imposed by the destination country. Please contact the customs office in your country.
#3 Timeframe
Once you fill out the order form, I will provide you with an estimated completion date for your custom illustration. Generally, I take orders 35-60 days in advance (depends on the current demand and my schedule), and slots are limited.
If you require a faster service, there is an option available for an additional fee, or you can consider joining the PXLCRS Club. As a member, one of the perks is receiving fast service for all your orders at no extra cost.
After receiving the initial illustration, you have the opportunity to request a few revisions before I proceed with making the keychain.
Keychains are produced in batches, typically once every 1-3 weeks.
#4 Refund Policy
ILLUSTRATIONS (in digital format):
You may request a refund for a custom illustration up until 15 days prior to the estimated delivery date provided during the order placement. This means your slot reservation will be canceled and it will be assigned to someone else.
If you do not receive your illustration within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, you will automatically be eligible for a refund. However, please note that I do not offer refunds for illustrations completed within the specified timeframe as they are custom-made. Before placing an order, please ensure that you are confident in liking my work.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
If you believe your package is delayed, lost, or if there is any other issue with the product (e.g., it arrived broken), please inform me promptly.
In the event that you do not receive the package within 35 days (from the date of the confirmation email) and the tracking code shows no recent activity, I will initiate a search for the missing package. This search process may take up to 60 days. If it is confirmed as lost, I will offer to send a replacement or provide a refund for the affected product.
PXLCRS CLUB:
Membership purchases for the PXLCRS Club are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request.
#5 Terms of Use
Please note that by purchasing this service, you agree that the rendered illustrations are intended for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use only. This means they cannot be used for commercial projects, including NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
However, if you have specific commercial usage requirements, we can discuss that option separately.
All illustrations are custom-made to order, but please note that I retain the rights to utilize, modify, sell, or incorporate the designs, in whole or in part, for any other purpose or with other customers.
#6 Artwork Disclaimer
Please note that the artwork showcased on this page is independently created and has not been prepared, approved, or licensed by any brands depicted, unless otherwise specified. All trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. It’s important to emphasize that any inclusion of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.
Each illustration is carefully made as a one-off piece, serving as an artistic expression, intended to reflect the distinct character and unique details of the customer’s vehicle. Utilizing the captivating medium of pixel art, I incorporate all the special features that make the car meaningful to its owners, such as aftermarket body-kits, stickers, wraps, wheels, and more.
#7 Artwork/Photos Usage for Promotional Purposes
By default, I retain the right to utilize the artwork I have created for you, as well as any vehicle photos you provide via email, for promotional purposes. However, I respect the privacy preferences of my customers. If you explicitly request and communicate a strict prohibition against the use of your artwork or vehicle photos for promotional purposes, I will honor your request accordingly.
#8 Ownership and Unauthorized Use of Artwork
All artwork displayed on this page is the sole creation and original work of the artist, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The artist retains full ownership and copyright of the artwork presented herein.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the artwork without the artist’s explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Such actions are considered theft and are in violation of applicable laws governing intellectual property rights.
#9 Image Representation on Keychain Disclaimer
Please be aware that the keychain features an image of your car. While this may seem obvious, please understand that I cannot be held responsible if you choose to leave your car keys unattended with the PXLCRS keychain. There is a potential risk that unauthorized individuals could identify the car associated with the keys. I want to emphasize that I bear no responsibility for any actions or consequences that may arise from the use or handling of the keychain. It is essential that you exercise caution and take necessary precautions to protect your belongings.
#10 Modifications to These Terms of Service
PXLCRS reserves the right to make additions, changes, updates, or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Such adjustments will be posted on the Services, and they will take effect immediately upon posting. I recommend that you periodically review these Terms of Service for any updates.
