Can you draw my car, truck, or any other vehicle?
Most likely, yes! As long as I have good reference photos, I can draw anything.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, please complete the order form available on this website. I will respond to you via email, providing you with a timeframe for the artwork and payment details.
What is the pricing?
The cost for a custom pixel art illustration (in digital format) is 55 USD, and the keychain is available for an additional 24 USD. Worldwide shipping is always included in the price of any physical item, so there are no surprises or extra costs.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! There are three ways you can get PXLCRS services and products at a better price:
1. Group Buy Discounts: If you order 3 or more illustration + keychain packages together, the price goes down. For 5+ packages, the discount gets even better! So rally your gearhead friends—it’s greatly appreciated, and everyone saves!
2. Club Membership: Becoming a PXLCRS Club member comes with exclusive benefits, including special prices for my services and products. If you plan to place multiple orders over time, joining the Club can easily pay for itself with the discounts you’ll receive.

Is it possible to purchase the keychain separately without the illustration?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. In order to create the keychain, I need to first draw your car or vehicle.
While you may not require the digital files, the illustration is necessary to produce the keychain.
I noticed that you have previously illustrated a car very similar to mine. Do I still have to pay for the illustration?
Yes, I believe it is fair for every customer to pay the same price for their custom illustration.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment through PayPal only.
What files are included in the package?
The 55 USD standard package includes the following files: a high-resolution .jpg image, a .png image with a transparent background, an Instagram edit, and a phone wallpaper.
Can I use the illustrations for commercial purposes?
Please note that by purchasing this service, you agree that the rendered illustrations are intended for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use only. This means they cannot be used for commercial projects, including NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
How long does the process take?
Please note that the process can be quite time-consuming as each piece is unique, and PXLCRS illustrations are made by a single individual.
Once you fill out the order form, I will provide you with an estimated completion date for your custom illustration. Generally, I take orders 5-25 days in advance (depends on the current demand and my schedule), and slots are limited.
After receiving the initial illustration, you have the opportunity to request a few revisions before I proceed with making the keychain.
Keychains are produced in batches, typically once a month.
My goal is to ship items within 30 days of ordering. However, this may be delayed due to production issues that require the item to be redone, or other circumstances. If that happens, you will be notified and kept updated throughout the entire process.
What is the size of a keychain?
Keychains are made from 2×2 mm acrylic pieces. I offer them in two different length options:
– option 1: 8 cm (3.2 in)
– option 2: 6 cm (2.4 in)Please keep in mind that these dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly based on the length-to-height ratio of the graphic.
My order is a gift. Can you remove the invoice from the package?
Please note that for orders shipped to countries outside the EU, I am required by law to include commercial invoices in the package, which state the value of the shipment. This is necessary to comply with customs regulations.
What is your refund policy?
ILLUSTRATIONS (in digital format):
You may request a refund for a custom illustration up until 15 days prior to the estimated delivery date provided during the order placement. This means your slot reservation will be canceled and it will be assigned to someone else.If you do not receive your illustration within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, you will automatically be eligible for a refund. However, please note that I do not offer refunds for illustrations completed within the specified timeframe as they are custom-made. Before placing an order, please ensure that you are confident in liking my work.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Please note that products are custom-made and not eligible for a refund. However, if you believe your package is delayed, lost, or if there is any other issue with the product (e.g., it arrived broken), please inform me promptly.In the event that you do not receive the package within 35 days (from the date of the confirmation email) and the tracking code shows no recent activity, I will initiate a search for the missing package. This search process may take up to 60 days. If it is confirmed as lost, I will offer to send a replacement or provide a refund for the affected product.
PXLCRS CLUB:
Membership purchases for the PXLCRS Club are not eligible for refunds.Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request.
