1. Tell us about your car—what make, model, and year is it?

2. Why did you choose this car, and how did you come to own it?
I have wanted the Outback Wilderness since it was introduced. I wanted it because of its off-road capabilities. However, I could not give up my previous Outback easily. I finally purchased the Wilderness during the solar eclipse of ’24.
3. What do you like most about your car, and is there anything you’d like to improve?
Safety; capability; very utilitarian. I do not think anything needs to be changed.
4. Have you done any custom modifications or upgrades?
The car has been fully customized with Rallitek parts—the list is pretty long. It also has some minor upgrades for overlanding, such as a ham radio, WeBoost, my awning, and a few others.
5. What’s your favorite memory or experience with this car?
The car is still relatively young, and I have not had many adventures yet. However, my favorite memory was attending and camping at Overland Expo Mtn West with it.
6. What’s your dream road trip in this car, or what’s the best road trip you’ve already taken?
My dream road trip would either go to the Pacific Northwest with it or head to the Lone Star State.
7. Any future plans for your car or other dream cars you’d like to own someday?
Only the future knows what I plan to do.
